Upper West Side Brownstone Duplex Remodel

This was a floor to ceiling remodel of a UWS duplex. We worked tirelessly with the owners to turn this 450 square foot space into an open and airy home with hidden storage and an inviting feel. The renovation included a new kitchen with custom cabinets, quartz counter tops, and bathroom with textured glazed subway tiles, brand new windows, all new mill-work with custom built cabinets and new stairs with pullout storage! Last but certainly not least, we refinished their outdoor space and turned it into a small paradise to escape the busy city!
