Upper West Side Gut Renovation and Remodel

Our talented crew worked alongside the clients architect to transform this classic 2 bedroom apartment on the UWS into the home of their dreams. The project started with a complete demolition of every room and most walls. We then installed new electrical lines, recessed lights and new plumbing in both the kitchen and bathrooms. We we are able to restore the original herringbone wood floors that added so much character to the home. We put down new hardwood floors in the kitchen, installed all new custom cabinetry with a pop of color. Stunning marble back splash complimented the stone counter top and the gorgeous appliances we brought in made it a gourmet dream come true. The main bathroom was remodeled with micro mosaic tile with a greek key trim. The chrome trim and subway tile balanced out this classic look. We updated the powder room with wainscoting to give it a touch of elegance. The finished product was definitely a stunner!
